Hi! I’m the teacher of the Caterpillars. My husband and I have two daughters, Payton and Hailey. I am originally from Florida and graduated from Florida State University with my degree in Elementary Education…Go Noles! We then spent 8 years in Phoenix, AZ where I taught kindergarten and received my Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Language and Literacy. After some time in the desert, we moved to Jacksonville, FL where I taught preschool for 2 years before moving to Apex! My daughter Hailey needed a preschool and we stumbled across the sweetest little preschool ever, Grow! I have been a part of Grow ever since. First as a parent, a substitute, and assistant, and now a teacher:). Reading and writing are my favorite subjects to teach little learners. I am so excited to get this year started. Looking forward to getting to know everyone and having a fantastic year learning and growing.
