My name is Niki Tyner and I am thrilled to be teaching the Pond Class this year! I am a NC native from Winston-Salem. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a BA in Elementary Education. I previously taught 1st and 2nd grade at College Park Elementary before moving to California for several years. While we were in California my husband and I had our son Tristan and our daughter Kiley. Tristan will be a Sophomore at Apex Friendship Highschool and Kiley will be in 7th grade at Apex Friendship Middle School. In my free time I love watching my son play lacrosse and my daughter play volleyball. We travel some for their games and also enjoy traveling for fun! I can’t wait to meet your sweet children and to help them learn while having lots of fun!
