Grow Preschool is filled with a beautiful mix of children. We are committed to connecting with each student and to making learning purposeful, meaningful, and personal. We value all the different backgrounds and stories of our students, thus we will know what kinds of experiences are most appropriate for each student and what will help each child to grow and reach full potential.
We are committed to being current in knowledge and to using research based best practices in our preschool. We are committed to providing rich hands-on learning, problem and inquiry-based projects, and a workshop model to support literacy development.
The experiences needed in order to foster growth in each student will look different based on different life experiences of our children. Life experiences have a direct correlation to student learning and what education must look like for each child to be successful. We are committed to that differentiation and respect for children. In order to understand students and each experience, we are committed to communicating with families and children to learn about each student.
We know that one method of teaching will not work for all students. At Grow, we are a staff committed to fostering growth within each child.
